Windows 2000, Windows 2003 - Make sure Radmin Server is installed on 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 2000 or Windows 2003.
- Reboot Windows in the Safe Mode so you can uninstall devices.
- Open 'Device Manager' and uninstall all 'Radmin Mirror Driver' devices in the 'Display Adapters' section, if any. Reboot, not in the Safe Mode.
- After reboot open the 'Device Manager' and check that no 'Radmin Mirror Driver' is displayed in the 'Display Adapters' section.
- If 'Radmin Mirror Driver' is still displayed, press Windows 'Start' button, select 'Run', type 'msinfo32.exe' and click on the 'Ok' button. Use 'File' -> 'Save' to generate a report file and send this file to our technical support via e-mail attachment.
- In your Windows directory (normally C:\WINNT or C:\WINDOWS) delete the following files:
setupact.log setupapi.log setuperr.log setuplog.txt - Use 'Add Hardware' Windows wizard and install Radmin Mirror Driver by manually specifying mirrorv3.inf file located in the Windows system32\rserver30 directory.
- After manual driver installation, Windows will create up to 4 following files in Windows directory:
setupact.log setupapi.log setuperr.log setuplog.txt Send files that exists to our technical support as an e-mail attachment. - Try to connect Radmin Server using Full Control connection mode. In case of failure, continue following this guide.
- Reboot Windows in the Safe Mode again so you can disable devices.
- Open 'Device Manager' and disable all devices in the 'Display Adapters' section except of 'Radmin Mirror Driver V3'. Reboot, not in the Safe Mode.
- Try to connect Radmin Server using Full Control connection mode. Press Windows 'Start' button, select 'Run', type 'msinfo32.exe' and click on the 'Ok' button. Use 'File' -> 'Save' to generate a report file and send this file to our technical support via e-mail attachment, alongside with information if this connection attempt was successful or not.
